What stays on your device
Events and places you save to your plan are stored in your browser (local storage) and are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.
A shared plan link contains only the identifiers of the listings in it, never your name or contact details.
What other services receive
Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying or following individual visitors.
Weather forecasts come from Open-Meteo, and map images from OpenStreetMap. Your browser contacts them directly, so they receive your IP address. The weather request contains the event’s location, not yours.
These providers may process information outside Québec. We use them because the site cannot work without hosting, maps and forecasts, and each one publishes its own privacy policy.
When you contact us
If you email us a suggestion, correction or event listing, we use your message only to answer it and update the guide, and delete it when that is done.
If we launch a newsletter, you will only receive it after you sign up and confirm, every issue will include an unsubscribe link, and the sign-up form will name the service that sends it.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw a consent you gave. We answer within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
